Withdrawal from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the date on which you or a third party acting on your behalf (other than the logistics company that delivers the products you have purchased) physically takes possession of the products you have ordered.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount you paid for the product, including shipping. If you selected a more expensive shipping method when placing your order (Express Delivery for example), you will only be reimbursed for the cost of the cheapest shipping method offered. The amount of the Express Shipping cost in excess of the cheapest shipping method offered will not be refunded.
Goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, unsoiled and, where possible, in their original packaging. The Seller is entitled to unilaterally offset the claim for compensation for damage to the goods (by failing to comply with the previous sentence) against the Buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price.
The fixed costs for the return transport of the returned goods will be charged to you by deduction from the amount to be returned. The amount of the costs depends on the method of return chosen. When will my money be refunded?
We will refund your money once we have received and inspected the goods from you, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal. However, we are entitled to wait to refund your money until we have received either the goods from you or proof that they have been dispatched.
How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to end your purchase contract with us by sending us a clear statement (for example, by email). However, the easiest and quickest way to do this is to fill in the return form, which can be found here
In order to comply with the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you inform us that you are exercising your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns after the 14-day return period have expired are excluded.
What are the options and costs for returning the goods?
You have two options to return the goods:
a) We will send you a DPD return label, which you print and stick on the return shipment. A DPD courier will then pick up your package and deliver it to us.

- Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany - 5 EUR
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Croatia, Liechtenstein - 8 EUR
- France, Estonia, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Romania - 10 EUR
- Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece - 13 EUR
- Finland, Norway, Sweden - 16 EUR
b) You will send the goods you wish to return by your own means (at your own expense) to our warehouse address, which will be sent to you by our colleagues.
How do I get a refund?
We will process your refund in the same way as you used for the original transaction, unless specifically agreed otherwise. In no case will there be any charge for the return, except as described above.
How can I return products?
To return products purchased through our website, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form at this link.
- Our support team will initiate the return process. Once the return is approved, we will inform you that you can return the products to us and send you any shipping labels.
- Please wrap the products in their original packaging or send them in other strong and sturdy packaging to ensure that the products are returned undamaged, unworn and unsoiled.
- Once the products have been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details.
- The consumer should return the goods complete, i.e. including all accessories supplied, with all documentation, undamaged, clean, including original packaging where possible, in the condition and value in which they were received.
